Fabienne Venables

Hospital Director

Fab joined West Midlands Referrals in November 2020 as a Senior Receptionist, she then went on to progress to Practice Manager and then assumed the role of Hospital Director in December 2022.

Before working at West Midlands Referrals, Fab had experience working in Primary Practice as a Client Care Manager as well as having roles in Customer Service and Leadership and Development. Fab's role is part of the Senior Leadership Team. Her main jobs are to oversee the day to day running of the business and supporting the Senior Leadership Team and the Veterinary Team.

At home, Fab is kept busy with her 4 cats as well fostering cats and kittens for a local charity before they move on to their forever home.
