Business Relationship Manager

Before progressing to her role as Business Relationship Manager, Heather was a Patient Care Assistant for over four years at WMR and worked in the animal industry for 10 years, fuelling a love of all things fluffy.  

Heather’s role focuses on building and developing relationships with our Referring Vets to give pets the expert care they deserve. She is also the point of contact for service updates, CPD, and general chit-chat about all things veterinary.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys, sewing new clothes, rescuing ornaments from her two house cats' attention and walking her naughty rescue dog.
