Jemma joined West Midlands Referrals in July 2023 as a client care advisor, having previously worked as a receptionist at another vets.

Outside of work Jemma enjoys agility training with her working cocker spaniel called Barney and a Jack Russell Terrier called Buddy and also caring for her horse Max.
