Katie joined West Midlands Veterinary Referrals in July 2023 as Client Care Team Leader. She has worked in the hospitality/retail sector for four years and studied animal management and animal nursing at college.

At home Katie has a dog who she loves to take on walks. She also enjoys going out socialising with friends and family.
