Michelle Etheridge

Client Care Manager

Michelle has worked in the (non-clinical) Veterinary sector for 5 years. She started as a client care advisor and moved up through the ranks at another Referral practice until she took her current role of Client Care Manager here at West Midlands Referrals in February 2023.

Michelle is part of the Senior Leadership Team here at West Midlands and her day to day role is to guide and develop the Client Care team as well as help develop the Practice.

At home Michelle has 2 French Bulldogs, which she loves to walk. 2 rescue cats and a Red footed Tortoise. She also enjoys socialising with friends and family.
