Penny began working for West Midlands Veterinary Referrals in 2013 as a receptionist. She progressed to supporting the reception manager, before moving into debt administration.
Before joining West Midlands Veterinary Referrals, Penny worked as a branch receptionist in first opinion veterinary care for several years and as a pharmacy assistant in a large veterinary hospital. She enjoyed her time in both of these positions, before making the decision to diversify into veterinary referrals.
When not working, Penny enjoys going to the theatre and has dabbled in the world of amateur dramatics. She’s also kept very busy with her two loveable crossbreed rescues.
