We are on the look out for an RVN - 9 month maternity cover to join our team.
West Midlands Veterinary Referrals is a veterinary practice based in Burton-on-Trent that only does referral veterinary work, not general practice. We work in support of colleagues in general practice, taking cases that can’t be managed at their general practice. We welcome a very wide range of cases in orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, spinal surgery, and medicine.
At Burton on Trent we have a purpose built suite to provide the comprehensive surgical treatment, advanced imaging, patient monitoring and the diligent aftercare that many referral cases require.
To be successful in this role you need a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an RVN in Small Animal practice, will have a high level of nursing skills and be able to manage your workload effectively.
Working days would consist of the following; - 3 days a week; Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (19.5hrs)
Hours will be x1 10-5, x1 11-6 & x1 12-7 - 7hrs shifts with 30min lunch break = 6.5hr day shifts
