We’ve expanded our Business Relationship team with an appointment who will be a familiar face to many.
Heather Goodfellow was previously a Patient Care Assistant here at West Midlands Veterinary Referrals before moving into her new role as a Business Relationship Manager.
Heather will develop and maintain relationships with referring vets, ensuring that complex cases can be quickly and smoothly referred to West Midlands Veterinary Referrals for investigation and treatment.
Heather said, “I’m looking forward to enhancing my communication skills, developing new relationships, and supporting our primary care colleagues in providing the best possible patient care.”
Previous to joining West Midlands Veterinary Referrals, Heather has held office jobs and has also been a presenter at Dudley Zoo.
Heather added: “My aim is to ensure West Midlands Veterinary Referrals is the referral centre of choice for as many primary care colleagues in the region as possible.”
Fabienne Venables, Hospital Director at West Midlands Veterinary Referrals, said: “Heather’s been fantastic at building a close rapport with referring vets, clients and other team members, and she is perfectly suited to use these skills, and more, to further enhance relationships with our referring vets.”
Outside of work, Heather enjoys baking, crocheting and sewing, gardening, reading, gaming and puzzles.
